Xooa's two-factor authentication process adds an additional layer of security to your digital assets and your information. While not required, we encourage everyone to enable this feature to protect yourself. After initial signup, you will be asked to provide your phone number. This number will be used to provide a one-time authentication code when you login.
If you are having issues receiving the text message, please try the following:
- Double-check that the phone number you entered is correct.
- If your device doesn't have a strong signal, turn your phone off and wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and resend the SMS request.
- If you need to use the Resend Code feature, space out your retries by 30 seconds, or else this could cause the SMS to have issues.
When you create your account for the first time by signing up with an email address, you will be sent a verification email to the email address you used to set up your account. Simply click on the link in the email to confirm. Remember to check your spam folders if you don't see this email in your inbox within a few minutes.
